Julian Casablancas' Phrazes of the Young.

So its called “Phrazes for the Young” and being a fan of words (and younger than Julian Casablancas) I guess I took it literally, even before it made so much sense. I’m obsessed with the two think breads of this CD, to me it’s more than magic. The slim ham (3) not so much.

From this blond seal, it gets eight tentacles because of its timing and because its made up of awesome music and awesome phrases.
I wrote them down actually listening to the CD, without its lyrics. Like a great new story it starts without being too precise (“Somewhere along the way”) and it ends aiming to portray the simplicity of what every now and then happens to the Young… (“Everywhere I go I’m a tourist but if you stay with me, I’ll always be at home.”)

Fun Fact: No 2 tigers have the same markings, can you believe that, Chihuahua?

WTF Moment

En el principio todo comienza. En el final todo termina. Entre medio nos encontramos ahora en una hamaca, en Luquillo Puerto Rico, al lado de un flamboyán sin florecer.
Ahora estamos en el principio del medio. Somos dos, los que sacamos al pulpo de la pecera y lo llevamos con nosotros a lugares desconocidos... Lo dirigimos con cautela y un poquito de ansias, esperando lo mejor de sus nuevas aventuras.
Por suerte todo comenzo bajo la comodidad, tanquilidad y el control de una pecera.
En el final todo terminará, y este es el medio...disfrutaremos y criticaremos juntos al mundo y a su mamá ENJOY!
